He leads the Labor Committee of Index Occidente. He holds a degree in Industrial Relations from UdeG.
Ricardo has extensive knowledge in labor relations, talent management, and retention, compensation and benefits, as well as strategic workforce planning. He has experience in both the public and private sectors and has worked for prestigious companies such as IBM, Flextronics, and currently, Jabil de Mexico.
It is composed of a group of human resources leaders and labor law specialists.
The committee’s main objective is to share best practices in attracting, developing, and retaining talent, providing firsthand official information on current or upcoming labor reforms.
In addition, it seeks to provide our member companies with quality advisory solutions, which our labor law experts carry out strategically and in defense of common interests.
