He earned a degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, graduating with honors. He holds a Master’s degree in Global Administration, with distinctions, from a joint program between the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and Thunderbird, School of Global Management. He is a graduate of the Senior Management Program at the Instituto Panamericano.

Rodolfo has been responsible for the development, quality, and certification of suppliers in the electronic industry, including supplies such as plastics, metal-mechanical assemblies, computer manufacturing, and the manufacturing of electronic cards in Taiwan, China, Romania, South Korea, and Mexico.

He was the worldwide manager of contingent staff procurement. He held the position of Manufacturing Operations Manager for Servers at the IBM plant in Guadalajara. He currently holds the position of Latin America Trade Manager.
