He is an industrial engineer who graduated from the University of Guadalajara. He completed his Master’s degree in Administration at Central Michigan University. He also has a Master’s degree in Project Control and Management from George Washington University.

José has more than four decades of experience in different areas, including production control, material planning, product engineering, and strategic planning.

He is the Director of Logistics and Government Relations for PCE Paragon Solutions (Mexico), the commercial name for FOXCONN, in addition to two years of work for the sister company Ingrasys Technology Mexico S.A. de C.V.

He is the Vice President Counselor of index West and was also Director of the Logistics Committee of index National. Currently, he is also a counselor at Canieti, West headquarters.
