He holds a Master’s degree in Fiscal Law from the Universidad del Valle de Mexico, as well as a Master’s degree in International Commerce from the CUCEA at the University of Guadalajara. He specialized in Foreign Trade at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

Salvador’s professional experience includes being a Global Trade Compliance Manager at Jabil Circuit in Mexico. He is responsible for ensuring compliance with foreign trade regulations for 8 nationwide plants. He conducts tax analysis, tariff classification, and analysis of rules of origin.

He is an expert in reviewing import and export documentation, processing permits with the necessary institutions for foreign trade purposes. He participates in the administration of the Maquila Program and OEA/IVA-IEPS Certifications.
